PurAqua Products was founded in 1998 by esteemed pool builder Don Baker. Don, sensing an oppurtunity to push the pool industry forward, created PurAqua in pursuit of the perfect pool. This deep understanding of the innerworkings of the best and most successful pools led to a partnership with Axiall Corporation, since acquired by Westlake Chemical Corporation. In 2001, engineers from Axiall leaned on PurAqua’s decades of experience to help design their innovative line of Accu-Tab Aquatic and Industrial chlorinators. Driven by the commercial success of the Accu-Tab line, in 2017, Westlake’s engineers once again enlisted the help of PurAqua’s experts to design their latest aquatic product — the Acid Rite line of pH Adjustment Systems.
Today, the chlorinators and pH systems manufactured at PurAqua can be seen in facilities around the globe. Their service company has expanded into it’s own unit, Aqua Management Partners. As an ISO-9001 company, commitment to excellence and iterative improvement is as evident as the day Don founded the company. They are a proud Accu-Tab Specialist, offering Accu-Tab and Acid Rite units and tablets in North and South Carolina, as well as Accu-Tab replacement parts nationwide.
