The process of maintaining the highest quality produce begins with Good Agricultural Practices (GAP’s) in all of our orchards. With the help of our Horticulturists, field workers, and outside growers the company are able to closely work together and utilize their resources much more efficiently. Included in their GAP’s is our IPM process or Integrated Pest Management process which allows them to closely monitor weather, crop stage, and soil moisture using highly sensitive, proprietary instruments.

Kershaw Fruit provides a standard of Sustainability and Traceability that is second to none in the fresh produce industry. By accurately managing inventory with the help of they in house database they can trace fresh packed fruit back to the orchard it was picked from.
