Was created a journey map, a visual story of Under Armour customers’ interactions with the brand. This exercise will help Under Armour step into their customer’s shoes and see their business from the customer’s perspective. Customer-journey maps visualize the steps that a person goes through in order to accomplish a goal. To be convincing and compelling, journey maps must be based in truth, rather than a fairy-tale–like depiction of how we would like users to interact with our products.
